We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in the Seattle/Bellevue area, with a clear growth path into a Project Engineer role.
What You’ll Learn & Support
In this role, you will build the foundation for a successful career in construction project management by:
Supporting field teams to keep projects moving and resolve issues quickly
Assisting with project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting
Helping process invoices, subcontractor payments, and owner billings
Aiding and learning fromproject team to ensure overall project workflow
Maintaining project scheduling and updates
Managing submittals, documentation, and project workflow
Facilitating change orders and time-and-materials work
